EIV was planned for 12–15 July 2026 at the new NZICC in Tāmaki Makaurau, bringing together Indigenous leaders, practitioners, community organisations, and professionals from Aotearoa New Zealand and across the globe to share space together, exchange knowledge and learnings for collective wellbeing across health, education, environment, justice, technology, and cultural revitalisation.
Our kaupapa has not been immune to wider systemic pressures affecting our communities; the ongoing fuel crisis and compounding impact of the cost of living have made it necessary for us to postpone the symposium until we can gather together in a way that is truly accessible and sustainable for our communities.
We understand that many of you have been preparing for this event and that the postponement will require adjustments. We appreciate your understanding and your continued commitment to the kaupapa that brings us together.
Please ensure you join the mailing list below to be notified of any Symposium updates.
